We are sorry to hear that you are returning an item. However, we understand that from time to time this will happen.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – the products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be received by Sacred Moon Candles within 28 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for either a refund, exchange or credit note.
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery. A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your return request, reason for returning and proof of purchase (full name and order number.)
You must obtain proof of postage for your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For faulty or damaged goods
Products returned by you because of a fault, damage in transport or mis-described will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item.
